Agency rents vacancy villa with owner living there too with no notice on website of house

We rented a house for two weeks in Telde Gran Canaria.
At check in we had to know that the landlady lives in the bottom floor with her dog - separated with a normal roomdoor. You could hear every word spoken, the TV - and the barking do too. She can live the house by her own door - behind your sunloungers. No privacy. We decided not to stay our holiday there. The agency didn't refund. We had to pay full charge. The agency ment that we had to ask whether we would live in this house alone.
