Do not rent a car from Renty
My family and I decided to rent a car from Renty for one day to go from Abu Dhabi to Dubai. P.S. It was a mistake. At first everything was fine, we agreed on the car and were told that the vehicle would be delivered at 2pm. It was supposed to be driven from Dubai to our place. We had to be at a certain place in Dubai at 5pm and couldn't be late, so it was important for us to get the car on time. Of course different things can occur, and my family is totally understanding, that is why we didn't mind a little delay of a car delivery. But when we got a message at around 2pm saying that we will get the car only in 2-3 hours, we were shocked. Not only the driver was ignoring the messages I had sent asking about the approximate delivery time, the costumer service of Renty was poor as well. They just admitted the fact that we will be able to get the car minimum in 2 hours and that's it. We understood how terrible this company is when we got a text saying that the car is still in Dubai and needs to be washed before being delivered, when we were already approaching Dubai! As a result, we didn't get to spend a nice time driving a good luxury car and now I'm writing this review to warn people about this terrible car rental service. To sum up, Renty doesn't care about their costumers

Booked a yacht for a family outing
Booked a yacht for a family outing, and it was such a fun experience. The kids loved exploring the boat and watching the city from the water. The yacht was clean, spacious, and the crew was great with the kids, even showing them how to steer the boat a little. We had a nice lunch on board, and it was so relaxing just cursing along. It's not something we do often, but it was totally worth it for a special family day out.

I have rented twice with them and each time it goes well until when I return the rental and 1 week later I receive fines even though I did not exceed the limits I find it really fishy. And it happened twice. My friend rented a car from them too and she received like me fines when she left Dubai. This is not normal and fines are very expensives
