Using nmn sl for 1 week. So far so good. Taste through me off, looked it up and found that it is supposed to taste like what I would describe as a bitter lemon. Not horrible when you know what to expect. No changes noticed except some energy, but also started hrt recently. Hard to tell.

Great products, terrible customer service. They lied to me about what happened to my missing parcel saying it got lost in Canada and that it was because Canada Post was not operating. FedEx called me today to tell me my package was missing since September (almost a month later) and it was either lost in Hong Kong where it shipped from or in Memphis in the USA. I’m in Canada so I was shocked that my product would be shipped from Hong Kong and then to the USA then to Canada. I’m also very concerned about where products are made. The customer service was rude and dismissive and as I found out today- dishonest. You can see in the response below that they continued to tell me a different story. Very disappointing as I loved this company and recommended it to friends and family

Given the timing of responses - I believe their customer service is now based in Hong Kong and none of their phone numbers work nor the live chat so they have clearly cut costs on customer service. Don’t believe their money back guarantee because you can’t get in touch with anyone during regular USA business hours.

I got an email recently that introduced the idea of NAD not working to its fullest potential on its own. Purchasing additional supplements is not in my budget currently so this was discouraging. Am I buying the NAD in vain? Is it working? Should I stop taking it if it’s not effective? Why not add them all together? Why make customers by 2-4 different supplements in order for the initial supplement to be effective? Now I’m questioning myself every morning when I take my NAD.

package was not closed properly and one item missing. Never had a experience like this.

Disappointed with the delivery and how it was organized.
The product containers were packed in a thin plastic bag, which was clearly thrown and mishandled. One of the containers arrived cracked.
Then began a long process of back-and-forth with customer service / AI — long waiting and endless messaging.
It took a whole week to replace the broken container and several more days of pointless, outdated correspondence. Eventually, I received a refund.
As for the product itself — I have no idea. Let’s assume the product is excellent, but the second part — delivery and customer support — is primitive and fails to meet the standards expected from a service of this kind.

Enjoyed talking to Grant when he had time to talk. Meds arrive on time. Probably benefit from NMN in terms of energy.

One recommendation: put some marking on your capsules, if only a letter, to distinguish one med from another. Currently they all look the same and can become confused one for another if not careful (e.g.,for people who lay out and repackage their pills each week)

I am pleased with the results so far. After just one week my hair is slowing down falling out. It seems to help with the pain on the top of my feet and edema. The jury is still out but will keep you posted as time goes on.

I really enjoy the product, but I wish it was less expensive, but it seems to help me in my daily doings in my life
