Be aware the delivery is over £50 ! They dont even mention how much delivery will be,its just says will need to pay some fees,which normally is max from Europe around £8 not 50£!!!! Plus they dont accept returns! Is a big scam! People dont get fullish by this company! Is a rip off!!!

We’re also unclear about the mention of a £50 delivery fee. All of our shipments are sent DDP, meaning all local taxes and customs are paid at checkout and clearly displayed before purchase. There are no hidden fees added after the fact.
We hope to connect with this customer as soon as possible so we can issue a refund and make things right.

This was almost a 1 or 2 star review. Accidentally sent an order with a non-existent address (stupid autofill) and tried many ways but could find NO way to cancel or change the order. Also couldn't reach anyone on Chat or anywhere else despite it being the middle of the business day. I left an explanatory message and I got an email back next day that looked like it said "too bad, you lose". So I called (number was also hard to find) and this time was able to get connected and got quick and fair remediation by phone. Yes I will buy again (very high quality product!) and yes I would even recommend, but with a caveat that the infrastructure for customer service (in case you need it) is on the underpowered side. Response wasn't nasty (at all) and the experience was not irreconcilable, but for sure it's also not Amazon or Walmart either. With Renue you'll really want to get it right the first time.

Not for me - Update.
My experience with taking NAD + complete has not been good, I suffered terrible headaches for days and poor mood. I have decided to stop taking them due to this. Not for me unfortunately, such a waste of $129.95 that I can ill afford.
In addition to the above...5 stars to this company for customer service, true to their word they refunded me every cent for which I am very grateful.

I tried NAD+ by Renue and got hooked on it. Then once, it got sold out and I was not able to get my order in time, and I tried numerous NADs by other companies. I cannot even compare: this brand is much, much potent than all others together. I have learned my lesson: I have a subscription now. Besides, I am trying other products too … Excellent brand!

I have ordered products from RBS 3 or 4 times and have never had any problems. They sell (I believe) high quality products that are pure. Great Products but …
Being a Canadian, the cost of your products has gone up significantly, yet other supplement providers have been able to hold the line with their costs. You no longer provide free shipping and your shipping cost is much higher than other suppliers. Also, you no longer provide discount coupons. It makes it tough for someone who is retired.

Certificates of analysis
The difficulty occurred over out of date certificates of analysis. It's transpired that the IT department had not thoroughly updated the certificates across the website. Really pleased to see that that's now rectified and showing recent certificates. Really good customer services support. So I can get back to ordering with confidence, after what turns out to have been a protracted issue.

Hardly any product inside and costs almost $100
This company have released a new face serum. It's claiming to have nmn/nad etc.
So the bottle is huge, you can't see into it either.
Claims to have 50ml inside however I'd say it only has 10-20ml, it lasted a few squirts and finished. I'd say they are lying about how much product is inside and hiding it with the huge package. Also, it cost almost $100.
Rip off!! Stay away!!!

Our Face Serum contains exactly 50mL as labeled and is manufactured by an FDA-registered, cGMP-certified facility. We use an airless pump system to protect the NMN and NAD+ active ingredients from oxidation - this vacuum-sealed design can make it difficult to visually gauge remaining product but ensures ingredient integrity. The serum typically lasts 4-6 weeks with proper application.
