Fast and efficient service

Couldn't ask for a better service

Broke my 3rd generation Kindle 3g a year ago. Was going to fix it myself but found REO Tech on the web. Posted Tuesday, returned Thursday. No fuss an much cheaper than a new one (with Whispernet).

REOTech were very helpful on the phone, had a very easy to use website and a simple procedure for pre paying and sending off the device for repair, and it was returned fixed ahead of schedule

Like an idiot I sat my Kindle 3 late Thursday night so I sent my Kindle for repair the next day but being a Friday so they didn't receive it until the following Monday but they must have sent it into the workshop as soon as it arrived, because it was back in the post to me the same day and I received it back on the Tuesday. Perfect repair, perfect service.

This is the second time I've gone to them (different problems - no reflection on the service!) They are helpful and friendly - I recommend them highly.

I phoned them to ask about a kindle but did not want it delivered until a certain date.
Hugh was very helpful and it is his customer relations are second to none.
I would recommend this company.

Chris and his staff are always polite and very helpful. I have used them three times now and always get my kindle back within a day or two.
Always use their web site as that is where you get the best deals and try to save the old packaging in case you need their help again.
I trust these people and if we do not use them , then we loose them so before you buy a secondhand kindle , see if it's cheaper to have your one mended first.

Super quick service. Used twice now to repair kindle screen. Can't recommend enough

I was heartbroken when the screen from my Kindle 3 was cracked, and I was also a bit annoyed that I couldn't find a place that would do the repair work for me. Sure there's a lot of DIY videos online on how to change the screen yourself. I'm not a very practical person, and don't have an awful lot of time to spend...plus I did see some people criticizing the videos - mostly because you could unintentionally break the Kindle or hurt yourself in the process. Knowing myself, I wouldn't probably broken the Kindle.

Anyway, long story short, I stumbled upon this website that claimed to do quick and efficient Kindle repairs, and judging by how much buying a brand new screen costs, getting your old screen fixed with these guys isn't much more expensive, I didn't see a great deal of reviews on them - asides from the ones on their website - but I still went for it, anyway.

REO technology was, in short, quick, efficient and - most of all - very honest. When there was a problem, I was immediately called up, consulted and refunded excess costs. Seriously, if you need to get any repairs done on your Kindle, or other devices, these are your guys!!
