I ordered a manual for a Volkswagen Tiguan but it didn't have my particular engine code. Given the Euro and American versions they quickly followed up with the correct version sending me a new manual. Very appreciated.!!

From the time I ordered until the time I recieved the Manual was just about an hour after I initially ordered it. I had ordered other manuals for my Bentley Arnage, which are almost impossible to find, and none were able to be downloaded to my Mac Pro Air. I ordered a manual for a 2000 Kia Pride, which was only marketed in Europe through the final year (2000). Unrelated, the 1998 through 1993 Pride was marketed in the U.S. by Ford as the Ford Festiva. Unfortunately, people confused the "Festiva" with Ford's "Fiesta." That's what these people sent me -- a Ford Fiesta manual, which is absolutely useless to me. They don't respond to my emails and don't answer the phone.

Initially, everything was okay. However, there is a one to two day window for them to put together the manual and they only gave a 3 day window to download and I am not online every day so I missed the window. I have tried for the past three weeks tying to get them to provide access for a new download. Their phone numbers do not work and i get the same message that my file will download in the next few days but it never shows up in any of my mailboxes including Spam

I originally bought the wrong manual, they were understanding and gave me a refund. Then quickly sent me the correct manual.

Also, the manuals are very thorough.

I order a specific manual for a Chevolet Blazer. I received a message that I needed the vin number, the date of the car( which I had already sent )and the number of miles on the car. This was to be a gift. I then got a message that I had taken too long to done load it from a site I never heard of. I tried the phone number twice no answer and nothing from the support line.

I purchased complete workshop manual for Audi RSQ3 on the 29th of november. They only sent wiring diagrams. I only get automatic answers from the support email.
I also purchased Volvo V90 workshop manual (digital copy)on the 29th of november. They answered they are out of stock and that they would refund my money back (paid with PayPal). I'm still waiting
