Website was difficult to navigate and understand what repairs were needed to my Birkenstocks. I purchased too much and the wrong type of repairs. This was cleared up and refunded, though the repair was completed with incorrect size.
Only resolution was pay to have all work redone, same price again. All user error. Good luck using the website, it was a 98$ mistake on my end and no more favorite shoes.

the owner may be skilled, but his employees ARE NOT.

i believed the hype about their skills, and sent my favorite birks for rebuild. they completely botched it - wrong footbeds- and damaged the uppers without making the necessary repairs.

probably fine for simple resoles but don't trust them with custom or anything else.
