In relation to the Fortnite tournaments, as long as you're a decent player you can make the top 50 easily but at the same time it feels like people who have unfair advantages, bot farming or straight... See more

so my account got suspended after reaching the top of 2 tournaments worth over 400$ then when asked they said i broke the fair play rules.... i then asked what rules i broke as i stream and i record all my games and i don't hack or exploit in any games i play... the robot response was just ban is final and cannot be overturned... but then you check their leaderboards on players you for sure know is doing something they should not be doing and these people keep winning money week in and week out.. i should also mention this only happened after i got the top of the leaderboard not before then... so its either a buddy buddy system or the system is rigged and should be portrayed that way.. !!!!!criminals!!!!!! . asking them why is like asking the guy that stole my tv why... they will pretty much give the same answers

repeat.gg is actually good and i really love it but there are some things they need to change,
1:i think they should add more popular titles like valorant and brawlhalla , the games that are available on the website are good but i think it is better to remove the low player-based tournament and replace it with popular titles.
2:in fortnite and sometimes in rocket league the matches group together as one match and that results in losing points and sometimes in fortnite it takes more than 15min for the match to be counted ,i know the problem is not caused from their side but if they can fix it it would be much better.
3:they should split the prize pool in a better way especially in rocket league, now only top 25-50 players can win cash from these tournaments and they should make it top 50 for low prize pool tournaments and 75 for higher ones + there are a lot of smurfs in rocket league and fortnite.
4:i think they also should make the minimum amount of money that you can withdraw 15 instead of 20 but that is not a big deal 20 is not that bad.
5: they should make more collabs.
repeat.gg is overall good and i recommend it to others but i would love to see them improve more.

Repeat is doing very good in promoting eSports. The costomer support is quick and responsive to complain.

I enjoy the platform, but I am currently experiencing a long-standing issue with a PayPal withdrawal. I have resubmitted my documents and am hoping for faster resolution and clearer guidance from support.

You guys helped me quickly and explained what I needed to know, when I asked. Would just be better if the scores calculation examples reflect with the ones on the score board completely.

A good, easy, and enjoyable experience, but mobile games need a little more attention.

I am blown away by the speed and efficiency of the support team! 🚀 I was stuck with a verification issue regarding my name format (accents) preventing my withdrawal, and Dennis solved it almost instantly. It is rare to find such responsive, kind, and helpful support in this industry. Thank you so much for helping me out! This level of service gives me 100% confidence in the platform. Keep up the amazing work and keep growing, you guys are the best! 10/10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

"Steve" from customer support helped me out big time when it came to my account; see what I did was accidentally put in one of the many emails I needed in this day and age for bills like a sad "Battle Dad" and he really helped me get my account up and running! Thank you Sir Steve! Much love,
Napi

The response wasn't late, and I haven't encountered any unresolved issues on your website. I appreciate your excellent work, which is why I wanted to give you five stars. However, I would appreciate it if you could add Egypt to the list of countries where I can receive a gift card. Thank you.

I'm really enjoying repeat.gg I gave 4 stars because your processing time of the order is long and there are not much options in marketplace for players in Asia

Its well thought platform and is going in the right direction. However, it is far from done. Needs lots of improvements from the developers side and even more on the support side as there are lots of cheaters.
If they had live admins to remove cheaters immediately would have definitely been great. Like this, many players quit quickly.
And if that is not bad enough, the point system needs to be better. KDA is great for scoring , if its a shooter game, however in games like DotA and LoL, KDA is abused hard in lower ranks.Meanwhile in high ranks KDA is a lot lower and good gameplay and strategy that leads to victory means a lot more, as games are slower there.
So yes, lots of work to be done.

This site needs massive improvements, you cannot play games that don't count to tournaments once account is linked, then if u unlink it, the game stats are lost. You cannot play your 3 games then continue to play games that dont count in a game mode..... silly system, payouts are trash....the daily games needs to give the top person a 100 bucks not 10 dollars....there are cheaters on the leaderboards getting that 10 bucks tho to support their paid cheats that yall cannot see...... LIKE HIRE ME. Im not getting paid for this info...
