I’ve been working with Karly through REPP FWRD, and it’s honestly been one of the best moves I’ve made for my business and changed my life.

Going into it, I knew I wanted to grow revenue, but I also needed help tightening up my systems and figuring out the next steps, like hiring photographers and bringing on VA support. REPP Coaching has been a complete game changer for us. Before joining, we honestly didn't think we had it in us to hire, train, or manage a team. We were stuck in the daily grind, with my husband handling the majority of the shoots while I managed the QC. I wouldn’t be here without REPP Coaching. Period.

This is my second time in the program. The first time I joined Launch about a year ago, I went from basically zero to around $6k/month, even during the slow season.

Now I’m back for round two after going all-in on my business and hitting busy season. I wouldn’t have rejoined if I didn’t get massive value the first time.

The group calls alone are worth it. They help you troubleshoot real problems in real time, and the coaches have actually been in your shoes and built far beyond it. The insight you get is hard to replicate anywhere else.

I’m closing April at over $17k for the month, just one year in. If you told me that when I started, I wouldn’t have believed you.

I’m also hiring my first photographer with help from REPP Talent, which is a huge milestone for me.

And I have to shout out my coach, Tyler. I can hop on a 30-minute call with him and walk away with a ton of actionable ideas to immediately implement. He has an amazing attitude, brings great energy to every call, and is genuinely just fun to talk to. He also pushes me, holds me accountable, and gets me fired up to go execute. He’s been a huge part of my growth.

REPP has built a community of amazing people that are at all different places in their business journey. They are 100% dedicated to the real estate photography business niche so everything is relevant at all times. The group of coaches is diverse and there is someone who is a good fit for every circumstance. Over my time I’ve worked with 3 coaches and all have been excellent for the reasons I chose to work with them. The latest coach is Tyler Graham and he is sharp, thoughtful, intentional and though we’ve been meeting for a short time, I can tell he will be the key to our next step of implementing systems, and streamlining our products and marketing!

I’ve been doing real estate photography for eight years as a one-woman show, and I only wish I’d found this coaching program at the start of my journey. Even in my first month, it’s shifted my mindset—I now see my work as a business, not just an art. It’s helping me build systems, remove emotional blocks, and operate more efficiently. The community and direct access to advice have been invaluable. It’s early, but I’m excited to see where this goes!

The content and the information is great. We knew nothing about real estate photography and they give you all the knowledge and information you need to start a real estate photography business from scratch.

The support and coaching is inconsistent. The first coach they gave us didn't have any real estate photography experience and any questions we had about cameras or angles or the software or anything. We'd ask questions about the business and she was useless. She was just like a mindset coach, I guess? Which some people might find valuable but we didn't. We knew it wasn't a good fit early, but we just tried to plug along anyway.

I wish we had asked for a coaching change as soon as we knew she wasn't a good fit, because they moved us to our current coach, Jeremy, and he's been fantastic for us. Jeremy runs his own photography business currently and he's someone we can ask questions about the actual business and actual services to and get answers. He's been very responsive and knowledgeable. If we had him the entire six months of the program, we'd be miles ahead of where we are now.

FRWRD has been awesome. Just hit my first 11k month and hired my first VA. Shoutout to Coach Brad and the community for helping me out. They’ve helped me make an insane amount of progress within a short amount of time. We’re now working on leveling up my video and social media. Stay tuned :)

Being apart of a community makes the job so much easier and puts a turbo charger on your business so you can get out of the day to day tasks and work on living your life! Tyler R is the best coach I’ve had by far. He actually listens and wants to get to know his students rather than throwing suggestions at them off the bat. He’s a photographers coach, meaning he’s built a successful business already, and knows what steps to take to get you out of the field and living your life. Tyler is my choice for a long term coach and I would refer him to anyone wanting to grow their business.

I have Trent as my coach in the FWRD program and it has been a game changer for me! I was getting ready to hire my first photographer and felt like I needed the guidance to make sure I had everything set up correctly. I'm so glad I decided to join the program.

Not only has Trent been so generous with his knowledge and experience running a much bigger company than mine, I'm always amazed at how quickly he gets back to me. I've messaged him with a question at 11:00 PM and he's replied within a couple of hours.

The community aspect of coaching has also been awesome with all of the group calls and being able to pick the brains of all the other coaches and participants.

The dynamic that REPP coaching provides is invaluable. I am in the LAUNCH phase and was running into walls at every turn as far as learning new technology and the various platforms and even instructional manuals pertaining to equipment that wasn't adding up. My mind was refusing to move forward until every detail of information was correctly ascertained, imprinted, and checked off or understood, and I was riding the ragged edge of panic as I seemed to be stuck and falling behind the timeline, while everyone posting in Circle seemed to be speaking a whole other language. Without the insight and intervention of my coach, Rayana Starre, and her experience and knowing how to diagnose and use her knowledge and resources in her wheelhouse, I would be the very GIF of an exploding head. Very quickly my coach was able to understand my mindset stumbling-blocks and identify my learning style, and then how to set up a mental playing field for me tailored to my needs, with connected courses of action. She took the reins of my smoking trajectory and began teaching me about the operating platforms and workings of the technology in conceptual measures. She discarded some default pathways of student orientation and replaced them with concepts I could understand while removing paradigms, for the time-being, that were being unproductive in order to give me room to breathe and re-orient to a clearer mindset. I was suffering, and the coaching dynamic of REPP, which includes the coaches working together as a team for the student, and the ready flexibility of my coach to change everything up in the manner of a rescue operation, is invaluable. The well-being of the student is primary at REPP and that includes the students' personal growth while becoming a success in the business.

REPP has been amazing! From teaching me how to do real estate media, to becoming a business owner, REPP has taught me so much! (Out of the 3 coaches I’ve had, (over the course of 2 years) they’ve all been amazing!)

With the help of my coach, Tyler Retter, and the team at REPP Talent, I have been able to transform my business in just a few short months by streamlining processes with new hires, onboarding more clients, and gaining knowledge from industry leaders around the country by having direct access to dozens of other companies, just like mine. But.

I genuinely could not recommend real estate photographer pro enough! I started my business last year and have grown it into a business where I have been able to move away from my full-time job and completely rely on doing something that I genuinely enjoy doing, and that is in no small part due to REPP! Do anyone on the fence, whether you’re just starting or have had a real estate media business for some time, REPP is worth every penny!

I started the Real Estate Photographer Pro course in 2024! The training modules are super insightful and gave me the foundation I needed. But the real game-changer? The coaches. Tyler Retter, my current coach, is relentless in ensuring I succeed. He’s always there when I need him, straight to the point, and makes sure I’m on track. Without this course and the people behind it, I wouldn’t be where I am today.

I’ve been in the real estate industry for over 10 years and, during that time, I’ve invested in a variety of courses and coaching programs. What I’ve consistently found is that most of them recycle the same information and leave you with vague direction and even vaguer results.

As probably everyone who pays for a course, I had my doubts but those were cleared very quickly after starting. If you are already watching the youtube videos with Eli and finding value in them the course will probably 10x that value. Make no mistake, IT WILL TAKE EFFORT, you will have to do your part and go outside your comfort zone but the results start to compound very quick if you do what you are supposed to. The sooner you start the sooner you get to reap those rewards.
