Huge let down on service. 4 weeks later still waiting for my order.
Placed an order 8/14/25, paid for 5 days express shipping. A month later, Still waiting for the order. Sent multiples request for status with no reply back. Customer Service line from 4am to 6am EST. That’s a joke.Do not recommend.

In your case, we actually upgraded the shipping to UPS Standard at no extra cost in order to improve delivery times.
Unfortunately, since these were among the very first shipments with UPS, there were some unexpected issues on the carrier’s side and your package got lost. Our customer service team — available both mornings and afternoons — did reach out to you to offer a free reshipment by UPS Express, but we didn’t receive a reply.
We truly regret the frustration this caused and thank you for your feedback, which helps us keep improving. 💫

Received the item lenses for my rayban sunglasses. It has a logo on the lenses. Im so pleased by this item. I would order lenses for my husband's Oakley sunglasses. FYI, shipping takes like 3wks. But no big deal. It is legit anyway. Thank you!

Ordered screws for my raybans
Ordered screws for my raybans. The page suggested accessories, including a 3 in 1 screwdriver, ordered that thinking it would make my life easy.
Next day wondered if it was the correct screwdriver. Made enquiry, no response. Three weeks, no order sent. Enquiry again. Order held up due no payment. Another email, no response. It goes on and on. Finally get a response, screwdriver incorrect. Will need to re order, except postage now 3 times what I previously paid. Website page changed to correct screwdriver. Many more emails no result. Request to make compliant. Get supervisor. No change in attitude. It’s a $9 screwdriver, incorrectly advertised as an “accessory” for screws as it is the wrong size, why not do the right thing, admit the mistake and fix it. No, not these einsteins. Good luck, you’ll need it. Lucky I paid with PayPal.

Received in France in 4 or 5 days.
Package very well protected.
Original lenses with RB logo and the P if polarized (one is).
I just regret I didn't order the screws with it.

Provides both original Ray-Ban lenses and quality third party ones. They beat the price of my local optician by 2x. Delivery was a bit slow, but I don’t know how they source their items.
