Ordered lenses for eyeglasses and…
Ordered lenses for eyeglasses and Oakley sunglasses. Eyeglasses arrived with a chip in the middle of the lenses, rendering them unusable. Oakley sunglasses had incorrect screws installed, causing the right lens to pop out within an hour. Had to superglue the frames to fix RLE's shoddy work. The gold screws that match the frames were replaced with incorrect silver screws. Avoid this place if you want quality work and parts. Extremely disappointed with the poor craftsmanship and incorrect replacements.

Good product with full range of options and at competitive prices. Most importantly, the help desk was staffed by a real person - and one who took my complaint of website issues (e.g. dead links) very seriously. Very happy with the results.

Fast service, quality lenses
They received the old glasses (2 pair) on Thursday, shipped them back on Tuesday and I got them 2 days later. Very fast service. And the lenses seem to be of no less quality than the high-end boutique that quoted me $850 for one pair of replacement lenses.

I found exactly the frames, for my new prescription sunglasses, that I wanted! I used the online ordering process and my new frames arrived in a timely fashion and my lenses are currently being made.

Excellent customer service. It did take longer to receive my frames as they had to order them so they weren’t in stock at their facility. Otherwise I’m very pleased with my purchase and received exactly what I needed.
