Customer service

Happy with the website but customer service from designated collection point very poor. Told they were too busy to fit plates despite the fact I had paid for fitting on line

payment confirmation

Honestly just for payment, the Wilco Motosave didn't received confirmation for payment and asked for cost payments, However I paid when I ordered it, It is system complicat between two companies and bothered customer.

Ordered on line collected next day…

Ordered on line collected next day plates were made while I waited
took about 15mins service and servers were brilliant. Previously
bought direct from Jepsons this service is quicker and more convenient.

Lack of Communication!

The Store had no idea the plates had been ordered, hence they were not ready for collection, it was with some faff that the Attendant accessed the website & found the order. If I had not had the confirmation email & order number, I fear I may have still been waiting. To his credit, the correct documentation was requested before printing. The plates themselves are excellent.

Great customer service in the shop but…

Great customer service in the shop but disatified to find out I could of got my plates £7 cheaper in store than through the website!

Having made the review I was compensated £7 so very good. All because of a new system why I paid more etc.
