I want to share my experience on Replay Poker, so other players can have a clear picture before joining.

I’ve played on the site for some time, and like many players, I’ve often encountered extremely slow players — the kind who take the full timer on every hand. It kills the flow of the game and makes the experience frustrating. Even more common are bingo players, who play purely for fun, making random moves and contributing to chaotic, unpredictable tables.

One day, after several hands ruined by slow play, I expressed frustration in the chat.
No insults. No personal attacks.
Just a comment about the pace of the table.

A few minutes later, I received a formal warning for “rude impatience.”

Meanwhile, slow players and bingo players — whose actions disrupt the game — remain unchecked. The moderation system even suggested I “report” slow players individually, which is ironic given how obvious and frequent the problem is.

I fully understand the need for moderation and community guidelines.
But receiving a warning for expressing frustration — while disruptive behaviours from other players continue without consequence — felt unfair, inconsistent, and disproportionate.

At that point, I lost trust in the moderation system and chose to close my account. Not out of anger, but out of principle.

I hope this feedback helps other players understand what to expect and encourages the platform to address issues that affect the quality of play.

We may not always like the way some things happen on replay, but one thing has proven true. When we contact them they are always prompt with a response and, if possible, always fixes the issue.

After six years on this site, I have found some of the staff to be prejudiced liars who never admit there's a problem, of which there are far too many to mention, they never acknowledge your problem, telling you you're the only one to mention, and you should try changing browsers their reps and modulators never can tell you what is happening with anything every update they do to "SITE MAINTANCE" ALWAYS 100% GUARANTEED TO MUCK MORE UP THAN IT RESOLVES ?? IF YOU COMPLAIN ABOUT ANYTHING YOU'RE ON A SLIPPERY ROAD TO NOWHERE. I HAVE GONE 47 HANDS THAT'S 94 CARDS (HOLE) BEFORE GETTING A CARD OVER 9 YET EVERYONE ELSE IS GETTING A, K, Q, J and hitting flops, suited you name it then when you get a card over 9 or both over nine the deck suddenly goes low you will always lose out to the river or some one with 2 9o all in and you have pocket aces kings queens so you go all in oinly to lose out every time this site is thye worse site you couled ever wish to play poker on and its not really familly orientated as you have to be over 18 prove your age etc the only familly thintg aboiut it is the replay owners so if you want loads lies prejudiced against or speak your mind to be told your wrong they are rigtht robbed every hand for speaking ouit then plewase throw all you have at this site your made for each other today after losing every sibngle hand i tried to close my account they wouldnt let me so i slagged them opff on theyre wsite and told them to keep the 74 million and shove it

I saw the same guy get 2 quads and I was at the table for maybe an hour. The odds of seeing 2 quads at a table are extremely low...but to have that happen to the same person is insane. Replay will say it's random but come on, who is kidding who.

I found REPLAY POKER web site over 5 years ago, since it has been a daily joy to play, someday's for several hour's and some less meeting player's from around the world is a bonus, the quality of players worldwide is a eye opener, never realized the game was played in so many places.

Now im my 80's playing daily is part of my schedule I have the time and truly enjoy the game, REPLAY POKER I feel is the best site for me, from number of player's and 24 hour availability.

I have 2 daughters who also play on Replay poker and we enjoy the option of playing privately.
I would like to add RP customer support is second to none.

I've been on Replay for @ ten years and find it among the best of poker sites. I work nights at the Pentagon - every night, and Replay is a good place to visit and decompress when I return home. I'm a former deputy chief of staff for a u.s. military intelligence and security command, and have taught intel subjects at the u.s. war colleges and service academies. Replay is well run, fair, and moderators are knowledgeable and quick to respond to questions and resolve disputes. Congrats Replay!

been playing over 8 yrs. Every time I have had an Issue and contacted support. The Problem was resolved

Been on Replay for many years. Not sure how I found the site but it is the best play money site I have come across. Got a message that I have logged in for more than 1000 days straight. Is a part of my rutine. Wake up, make coffee, have a pee, turn on my laptop, put on my favorite radio stn.,then logi to replay. love the game win or lose :) :) :)

Great interaction with other players, competition, and consideration. Bountiful games to chose from.

The game itself is pretty good, obviously people have learned work arounds that cant be helped but just enjoy the game, if you can find players to chat with its an even better experience even if losing :) I have to add that contacting the site with issues actually gets a response and they are pretty quick about it, the answer may not always be in your favour but its so nice to know you have been heard so to all the team answering our emails thankyou, it is very much appreciated :)

Replay is the best free online poker experience out there. Do I wish they offered more 7 Card Stud Hi/Lo games at a reasonable entry fee, YES; but at least I'm able to find enough freeroll and 1K to 5K games to keep me occupied during my free time.

Fair play is the main reason for this review or should I say, "Lack thereof!" The poker hands dealt are statistically improbable. There were two straight flushes dealt in one game......what is the probability of that happening in one game? Being dealt four of a kind is a regular occurrence. All I have to say is if you are looking for fair play Replay Poker is not the site... LOOK ELSEWHERE!

The other players on Replay are polite, courteous and a pleasure to play against. This site has the largest selection of ring games and multi table tournaments I have ever seen. They regularly add special tournaments that are fun to participate in. Their customer service is very good about getting back to you in a short time if you have a question or problem.

You have to like a card game where you just keep winning, winners unite come play

The Replay Poker website is a fantastic design and is ad free. The play is competitive. Tournaments, ring games with Hold'em, Omaha, 7 card stud etc available. Free to play and buy chip options if you want to. Brilliant place for the novice and experienced player.
