Christmas Sorrow
I am highly disappointed with this supplier. I am an avid collector of Star Wars memorabilia especially lightsabers & have ordered from other suppliers with no bother whatsoever. I thought I’d try Replica Sabers for the first time, here is my experience with Replica Sabers.
I ordered my Saber with time to receive it for Xmas, as it was a gift for a friend. I received an email from Replica Sabers on 7th Dec’ explaining they were unable to get it to me in time so they issued me a refund, which would be in my account in 3-5 business days. After 5 days I still had no refund so I messaged them on their contact page & emailed them. While on their website a noticed flashed across the screen saying their customer service would be unavailable from 10th to 29th December.
I needed the refund to purchase another saber from elsewhere & it is now the 30th December & I still have no refund.
Why would a company have no customer service during what is most likely their busiest time of the year, is it just good/bad timing on their behalf & how many other people have they done this to? It really put a bit of a downer to my Xmas, but I carried on.
I have issued a ‘charge back’ with my bank because I doubt very much Replica Sabers will give me a refund.
This is an addition to my review (see above). Todays date is 18th April & I did not receive any refund or any response to my messages/emails to ‘Replica Sabers’, not even a response to this very poor review to justify their reason/s for their customer service etc.
I know of people who have used ‘Replica Sabers’ after I submitted this review & had a bad experience & others who have had a good experience.
All I can say is you do what you like, but just look at the stars this company has.
