I ordered a watch from these people after reading the good reviews which turns out must be FAKE.

The watch was ordered on 2nd July. Chris, the guy on the other end of our email communication informed me it was shipped on the 17th. The tracking number he gave me didn't work (surprise surprise) so I waited in case it took some time and contacted him on the 26th to be told that the packages shipped that day were all returned. He said they would be reshipped so once again I waited.

It is now the 13th of August and the tracking number still doesn't exist. I have emailed him 4 times and am getting NO RESPONSE!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FAKE BUSINESS, IT IS CLEARLY A SCAM!!!

I have ordered from Maria and Chris on numerous occasions and always got the best service from them even when Covid hit and travel stopped they refunded my money always have gotten wonderful watches from them when I ordered

Total scam- never got my order. Fake tracking number. AVOID AT ALL COST

I ordered Patek Philippe Nautilus ice out several months ago I never received the watch it supposedly came to Canada and was returned to the sender and he tells me he never had a return when Canada Post told me that he returned to him I paid $ 589 USD I want a refund or returned the ride to me I paid I want to have thank you

Beautiful watch, arrived quickly, with great customer service throughout the process

They sent me a watch that had been returned from someone else. It was scratched and there were (3) links missing. The watch would not even fit me. They promised to send me links for the watch but never did. I had to buy a whole other band for the watch. After wearing it for only a week and a half the winding stem broke. I paid $500 for the swiss model and am not going to pay another $300 to fix it. Now it is just in a junk drawer.

AVOID LIKE THE COVID19 PANDEMIC !! ABSOLUTE RIP OFF RUBBISH ! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ! All the positive reviews HAVE BEEN WRITTEN BY THEM SELVES !!!

Horrible ,...ordered two watches, still waiting well over 2 months,, Emailed, Sent Several Message,s, NO Response,...Now ill need to stop the charge , ridiculous , Id like to know who wrote these 4 plus star reviews , certainly didnt have a good experience ,,, cant blame pandemic, as read in reviews , certainly hasnt stopped the shipping process,,...

Even with a global pandemic, the replicawatchpro folks are still providing superior customer service. The products they provide replica's but only because you know they're replicas; otherwise they are just as good as the real thing. I highly recommend this company - get just as good of a product for a fraction of the price

Watch stopped working after 2 months
Contacted them about it and they told me that it happens and thats what i could expect with a "500$" watch.
After 4 months the strap started breaking and the watch is just broken.
Don't suggest buying here!

Purchased four AR Factory Submariners. Took a while to get them due to Covid, but all turned up. I'm extremely happy with the build quality and time keeping is perfect. Will definitely purchase from again. Thanks Maria for all your efforts

Chris is good on communication. Just received another Panerai rep that I am happy with. Shipping is generally terrible what with the worldwide pandemic but I had no problem receiving the watch I ordered.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered 2 watches, one was great and the other one was faulty. I had to pay for the refund myself to shop it back (I chose the economic option $15 which took 2 months) and then they said because I removed the plastic around the watch (duh.), I was only due for a partial refund. So they cheated me a $50 (not counting the shipping) in the refund because I had the audacity to take out the watch from its package to try it on, to find out they sent me a faulty watch. Be careful, they have no customer service and their quality is hit and miss.

I blame myself for this. I didn’t know much about watches and mainly about luxury ones but you can take my story and, if you’d like, my advice. Bought 3 watches here, all supposedly with Swiss movements (that was what I wanted and ordered, that’s why I paid more). All (3) around 400+$. Learned after that you could get fabulous authentic watches for a little over that, some brand new, some barely used.
All 3 have plenty of issues:
-JLC: you can’t set the time unless push the crown in a weird angle, and then would be little by little, it’d take a while. My jeweler says it can’t be fixed since some of the teeth on the wheel are broken or worn and won’t engage. Didn’t contact them about it, I don’t want to send it back in China, pay for shipping and take the chance. If it wasn’t done right first time, how would be done right now. Also issues with the postal services are another reason.
-VC: was sent back once with the clip that holds the bracelet broken though I could’ve fix it myself if I would just received the right part. Was told I have to send the whole thing so I did. After couple of months in customs it came back. Was instructed to find another way to ship it. Thank God it came back, I’m not going to send it again, too risky. So I’ll find a way to use it and fix it myself, even if it cost me some. Sending it back once already cost me 35$.
-Speedmaster: chronometer doesn’t reset unless it gets over the 30 seconds mark. The Crystal Sapphire is in fact some acrylic which makes it blurry, foggy. Also the mechanics of the chronometer is very stiff, like it gets hanged into something. So I won’t use it, don’t take the chance.
Bottom line, they probably mean well but they can’t make Swiss watches or even close. Still, the prices are way too high. They sell you whatever you want anyways. The fact that I thought the movements are Swiss it’s on me too, at that price. Never again for me! Your turn now!
Have seen replicas half priced of a new one. Why not get a slightly used one from a reputable dealer, then? Read about watches, learn and you won’t get fooled like I did.
