Can't test product, support is lacking

I haven't even been able to test the product yet since for the past 5 weeks support has been kicking my ticket back and forth to each other with no answers or solutions. They keep making the same requests for changes which is extremely annoying. Everytime someone passes my ticket off to another member it feels like I have to start all over again and they don't bother to see that what they are requesting being changed was already requested (and completed) in the past.
The product looks promising. But as I haven't been able to test it out yet I can't comment on the funcationality.

Reply.Io is the best Sales Engagement platform on the market!

I have tried a ton of Sales Engagement platforms. Reply.Io is by far the best out there. It is easy to use, the customer service is amazing which is essential for most people.

The feature that helps save me a ton of time and money is the Linkedin Extension. It is such a useful feature!! It allows you to easily build great quality lists with high deliverability and accuracy.

Great features, easy to use, and high ROI for any sales team. If you are looking for a great sales automation tool, Reply.Io is the one to choose!

Customer service is unhelpful and…

Customer service is unhelpful and marketing is misleading. An example- They advertised COVID-19 support on their website in the form of a discount. This was positioned as a helping hand for businesses in need. However, only new customers are eligible for the discount. In short they are using an unfortunate event like COVID-19 to frame their sales effort.

A nice tool for lead generation

A nice tool for lead generation. The support team is responsive and friendly. A couple of minor features could be added to stay on top (HTML support for emails and a bit more friendly sorting of contacts), but for now, the overall set of functions looks good. I use it on a daily basis.

Great product, Best customer support I've seen

The software is well though out, very functional and easy to use, but the customer support is the best I've seen...great response time, product knowledge so your questions are answered the first time and they even followup to make sure you are up and running. It's major differentiator for me.
