A great job from start to finish. Came and looked at job and sent a estimate within days and agreed a date for work to commence. Scaffolding arranged by them weekend before and started repointing apex Wednesday Felt totally confident to leave keys to access building and Neil kept us updated of everything we needed to know . Finished Friday and a great job done really couldn't ask for better company would recommend highly. Scaffolding down Saturday also great guys

Neil and his colleague arrived on time to repoint our fire place and immediately started by covering our floors and did everything possible to stop the spread of dust. They constantly spoke with us to ensure the job was progressing as we had hoped. They did a great job and we’re delighted with the end result.
Pro’s - Arrived on time, kept the house as clean as possible, kept us in the loop, finished to a high standard.

We've been refurbishing our bungalow over the last 2 years and have been let down by numerous traders, but what a pleasant surprise Repointing 4 U are. They arrived on the day they said they would - bright and early - at the time agreed The did an excellent job and went the extra mile. Very professional, even cleaned up afterwards and took the spoils/rubbish away with them. Can't recommend them highly enough. If you are looking to repoint your home then look no further. We would give Neil and his team 10/10.

Had Neil and his guys repoint the whole of our house. service was excellent and professional from the outset.
Never an issue arrived as agreed and did the work in the time priced and allowed. even working on weekend due to loosing time in the week due to the weather aspects. excellent and have recommended them to friends and family for future work.

Great advice given prior to work being carried out, updated me on when the work would be started, polite and friendly team who turned up worked through the weekend due to the bad weather on the friday to ensure it was completed on time, the area was left washed down and clean after, would highly recommend

Neil and his team recently did some repointing adding some steel bars for strength using lime mortar on our house in Ironbridge. Offering guidance and advice from first contact. They came on time on the day they advised to complete the job and tidied up leaving area clean after they had finished. We would thoroughly recommend and will be having them back for work in the future for further guidance and additional work to be carried our. Can’t fault service or price.

This is the 2nd time we’ve had Neil and his gang do a job for us. We asked Neil to take out part of an existing wall to create a new drive access and a new boundary wall built around the driveway. Couldn’t fault him from start to finish and kept us informed throughout the job. We’re very happy with the end result and would have no hesitation of calling Neil back for other work and will definitely recommend him to others, a true professional.

Neil & his team recently came to repoint our house. He came very quickly to give a quote & from then on we knew he was the man for the job. Very reasonable price, good communication & most of all friendly & polite. They always tidied up at the end of each day so hardly left any mess. He also did a few extra jobs he found whilst repointing at no extra charge. Would highly recommend Neil & his team.

On meeting Neil for the first time we knew he was the man for our job!! Straight talking, highly knowledgeable, courteous, respectful and most importantly, someone who you can ask those “stupid questions “ to and nothing was too much trouble to explain. We live in a 1690 cottage that someone had repointed with cement, causing blown fronts to the sandstone, and then painted over it with a bog standard masonry paint. This caused issues with dampness and mould internally. Repointing4u we’re to remove the cement, paint, repoint using a lime mortar, fix/replace the sandstone as needed on three sides of the cottage.
From day 1 Neil and his team were hard working, conscientious and left everything tidy. They went above and beyond, pointing out and fixing a small job for us that wasn’t in the quote with no charge to us.
They have done a fantastic job that we are so pleased with and we would highly recommend to others. Thank you Neil and your team, Carmen and Carol xx

Neil and his team recently did some repointing of crumbling bricks at my moms house. From first point of contact they have been great, advising what the issues were and what action needed to be done. We’ve a period property that required specialist lime mortar repointing and repairs to some bricks. Neil and his team have restored it to its previous glory. It previously had issues with damp & high humidity in the house these issues have all now gone with humidity dropping by at least 10% throughout the house. Neil’s team are professional, hard working and courteous. Cannot recommend Repointing4u enough.

Having spent many years in the building trade, I have always carried out any remedial work on our houses myself. Having well passed my allotted span of three score years and ten, my wife finally convinced me to get people in to repoint our stone built house, a job that needed to be done using lime mortar.

Neil from Repointing 4U came out promptly to survey the work and gave us a competitive quote within a few days.

Despite an initial delay in start date, due to an unexpected extension to a job, the team arrived when they said they would and immediately set to work.

These guys are polite, efficient and have an old fashioned work ethic which is hard to find these days. They carried out the work to a high standard, with respect to us and our property and were fastidious in keeping their work area clean and tidy.

Highly recommended - for best results, supply copious amounts of tea & coffee!
