Paid subscription - no service

Paid subscription, no access to app, no contact forms working. Do not sign up to this, I don't believe there is any way for me to get my money back. When you try to use the search is it says: We're sorry, but something went wrong.
If you are the application owner check the logs for more information.
If you try to send a message it says:
The page you were looking for doesn't exist.
You may have mistyped the address or the page may have moved.
