Not clear membership policy
The classes are good, trainers are professionals,
However their membership policy is not clear and stuff would not really help you to understand it.
Be aware that to frizz your membership in case of urgent business trip you will need 7! days notice. It felt like there is always some new tricks to avoid giving you view dais in case you got sick or going to urgent business trip. I started in January this year, paid 5 month membership and they refuse to give me 5 dais off.
The feeling is they absolutely don’t care for customers loyalty.
