Very high prices
We were with Repsol for 3 years, then we switched to Octopus Energy because of the high prices of Repsol. Then Repsol called us and told us they had a fee more economic than Octopus Energy had. It was true, but in a year, they augmented it 20% HIGH!

Normally not delivered on the right day
ESTEPONA
This gas canister delivery service seems incapable of delivering/replacing gas bottles on the day they stipulate and confirm by email.
You would think that having paid in advance the expectation that someone would turn up and provide the service during an 8 hour period would not be challenging.
For them it continually is as they treat it as optional.
It’s not rocket science, the lorry starts the day full of canisters and all the driver has to do is dish them out and collect empties.
To add insult to injury they ask for a “tip” as part of the on-line ordering service but when they provide a service I will provide a tip.
So far I have saved a lot of cash.
Don’t be fooled into paying a tip before you get your gas as it’s just a tax for nothing.
