This is best example of fake energy company. Ordered butano bottle, repsol deliver nothing! Create several tickets with repsol customer support, and nobody respond to me. Customer support not exist, gas not exist, fake.

Still waiting for gas. Its now over a week despite promising to deliver within 4 days. Nearly Christmas two 86 years old and a 12 year old in the house. No heating and unable to cook. Appalling.
I made only one transaction with them - I paid for a concert ticket. I would have paid with a credit card had it worked, but it didn't and it was the only other option. I paid through an Android app Waylet, it worked as it should, I paid exactly the amount I was supposed to, no problems with the money.
The only problem was with registration. I wanted to do that automatically, but a text didn't reach my phone, so I chose the option to call me back. They service called me immediately, and after 10min talk I had my account activated. It's a little cumbersome having to be called and speak Spanish, but whatever, no big deal.
They used the fact that I don’t speak Spanish very well when I called the general service just to change the name on a contract for another company and they kept manipulating the words for 40 minutes till exhaustion to sign up with them!!! Disgusting sales and business practice and their rates are insanely expensive and I have been trying to cancel with them and they’re making it impossible!!
I wish I could give 0 stars considering that they have not done a thing to help. We requested a new gas tank for our grill 4 times. They failed to deliver on all 4 times. No call either to explain why they have not delivered. Two of these times we had to take off of work for them. Customer service was not helpful nor understanding at all.
This company is 0 (!) customer-friendly!! You depend from them as they having a monopoly and that is how they behave towards the customer. I was always friendly on the phone - but the "customer service" ladies on the phone were at 95% really unfriendly and seemed to be frustrated, working in a company they do not like. You have to wait all day for the gas delivery and you have to be happy if they come at all. Horrible!
A friend of mine was tricked by Repsol with fake promises stating that she was going to save more money if accepting electric services, they tried to convinced her to add gas, which she refused because she was not sure if Repsol was good company or not; the first bill bigger than her former provider, not only that, she cancelled their service after paying her bill and hired back her former provider, but suddenddly she received another bill which it is contradictory, she called to complaint it, but a fraudulent action committed by Repsol without her authorization they add also the services she never requested "gas, so she called them, a nasty man, said that the other provider never informed them about she was not anymore client with Repsol because they did not did correctly something they called "dar de baja", so she knew they are lying because she received a message from Repsol asking why she fired them, in Spanish [dar de baja], then a lot of phone calls receiving from that annoy provider, asking to go back to them, that man so fresh, said now you have to keep paying 2 providers for services meanwhile they investigate, why they did not received the "baja", but the new contract do exists with her former. provider, that man said, meanwhile we investigate also we are going to put you with other provider, "such fraudulent company", they have been reported, because Repsol has employees commiting scams.

SHAMEFULLY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE!!
The BAZA Repsol depot gave me a price and subsequent order confirmation which allowed a 20 céntimos discount per litre on the quoted price, at the point of payment. Because of this I ordered 50 litres more than I would have!
They delivered a day earlier than they should have, when I was out and the delivery was paid in full, no discount. I contacted them and they now say there is no discount applicable, because it was due to the royal decree which ended December 31st. So why was the discount shown on the quote and on my order confirmation. Their stance is that it doesn't apply and they will offer me nothing .......SHARP PRACTICE OR A SCAM????
