I ordered a 3 lb jar of Rep-Ca tortoise food on June 21st I checked on my order on June 29th because I hadnt been informed that it had shipped, I was informed that it was not available any more, They Wasted My time and a week of time I could have ordered from a reputable supplier,

I ordered some substrate from them. Just that one item. When I received it they had included a cup of large live caterpillars. I double checked the packing slip and my order online and I had only ordered the substrate. Nowhere did I specify what type of pet I have or any other information than ordering just one unit of the substrate. I contacted the company through Facebook messenger and said I wanted a refund for the inconvenience of being sent LIVING THINGS I did not want. They gave me attitude and said they'd pass along the message to their team. They said they include a free gift with their orders. I told them it's extremely irresponsible to send people living things they did not ask for as a "gift". The person gave me a lot of attitude and was not helpful. Opening a box and seeing living creatures I had no idea whatsoever were even in there was not something I wanted to deal with. Don't order from them unless you are ok with them sending you random living creatures that have no relevancy to what you ordered. Really poor practice and disregard for living creatures. Not a great way to conduct business for a pet supply company.
