There were far too many links online about our court case. I attempted to use the Right To Be Forgotten legislation and I was rejected by Google. They said that it was in the public interest and that my privacy rights did not outweigh the public interest. I was very disheartened because I spent a long time on my submission. I asked my solicitor if he knew anyone specialised in this, he recommended Repuserve. They somehow got Google to agree to the removal after an appeal. Very impressed, I am glad they could do it when I couldn't.
