You stated that I had to pay a tariff for shipping. I didn't find this out until my clothes arrived in U.S

Shipping took a while but it’s understandeable since im located in italy, anyway packaging is great all arrived in perfect condition and the items are crazyy tuff, 100% recommend :)

I ordered a pair of pants a month ago. I have not received a tracking number or the pants. I have sent 10 emails and received no response, but the money was deducted immediately.

I didn’t get the product until now. I ordered it in the beginning of December to get it until Xmas.
The helpline wasn’t helpful. I had to wait a couple days and a second remindermail was needed before the answer came. The answer wasn’t really helpful.chatbot?

yes, so I was in a situation where I was traveling for work and I received an item a little later than expected and I got on with their health center and I was amazed by the customer service I experienced I was able to find a solution and I am proud to wear these jeans.
