Reputation Heal

When I contracted with Reputation Heal I was explicitly told that the review removal would be permanent. Jonathan even spoke to me on the phone, explaining how their process was different from other companies which allowed them to offer permanent removals where other companies only offered temporary removals. I paid $599 for a review removal that reappeared after 3 months. When I contacted the company to have them address the issue they have been not returning my calls or emails. I noticed that their contract has been changed and it now says that results are not guaranteed and the reviews may come back. This is not the same contract that I signed. I would never trust a company who does not stand behind their work or attempt to make things right with a customer.

Company offers to remove reviews

Company offers to remove reviews. The reviews were removed but then the same ones popped up a month later again. They apparently have a way to temporarily 'hide' reviews. The problem is now Google has flagged our account and it's hard to make changes to our listing.
