First I entered a code for a discount I never received. Then I got a notice it was shipped to me, a week later when it didn't arrive I checked the link and all that did was allow third parties to email me ads for other products. It showed my item as delivered, so I contacted the company and 30 more days passed and still no product. I asked for a refund, they refused and send me a used pair of gloves. I could return them at my expense and maybe get a refund

iT is a scam,I order gloves in June for a july birthday gift, they kept telling me they were coming and now it is more than a month later and still not here, I asked for a refund and they keep telling me the gloves are coming, it is too late and I want a refund, NO RESPONSE other than oh, we were back ordered they are coming and they keep tying to sell me other stuff. I am so disappointed because I thought a was supporting a good cause they are frauds

Don’t waste your time or money. I ordered the gloves and grill sponge. I was billed twice and after a month haven’t received a thing. I messaged support twice and got really nice messages back about how they are checking with carriers, blah, blah, blah. They never addressed why I got charged twice for two different amounts. Nice messages don’t clean my grill. I challenged the charges with my credit card.

This is a scam.
The Rescue Gloves advertise as 50% off and a free second pair with code FOX.
First, they are 43% off, not 50%. Second, when FOX is entered for the free pair, the code shows invalid.

I CANNOT review these gloves because I have NOT received my order which included several items, including the gloves!

Ordered on 6/19/26….still no product or refund….Just an AI generated email response from this company, after I emailed Grill Rescue several times with screen shots of my order.
Shame on Grill Rescue…. My step-grandfather was a New York City Firefighter!!

I was going to purchase the brush until I found out from the reviews, it is not from this country. And they make it sound like you're helping USA but the reviews are quite clear. This is a ripoff / scam. I'm sure this will be taken down due to misleading facts. I don't support china.

I was led to believe this was a American company, products manufactured in USA. I got this from the commercials and web page. Wanting to help a usa business, I ordered a pair. When arrived right in the front of package, MADE IN CHINA. Not happy.
