As soon as we were notified that the original parcel had been sent to an incorrect address, we arranged for a replacement to be dispatched on 22 June. We also emailed you the tracking details.
After reviewing the tracking again, we can see that the replacement parcel was collected on 7 July.

I think this is an excellent kit which I have purchased for outback travel and one for my son on a farm. Easy to take with you and hopefully never need to use them, but if an incident occurs, good to know we are prepared. I have confidence in this brand.
