While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Unsolicited emails and rudeness, don’t do business with them

Update, Rese media has again blamed their choice of insulting the client on the client, added falsehoods to their Trustpilot reply, and added confusing information about wanting access to my business applications of my meta service rather than google. Simon’s emails simply stated that payment will be due in one month if there’s results(I already advertise on all these platforms and so whose results would I be paying for? Mine or his?). He made no mention of anything for “100% free” as stated twice in the reply, None of which matters in the point that it was still unsolicited, He never asked for access until the insulting emails arrived, all I asked is to maintain a dialog in email. That’s the only way to hold a person to their word, and Simon did not apologize at any time. Instead used backhanded and gaslighting to blame me for not understanding his rudeness. The reply is proof of only that he does not know how to communicate to or about his would-be clients. He passes himself off as a “marketeer” whatever the hell that is. But as an advertising director for over 35 years, I see only pretentiousness and lack of humility. He wants to be a famous guy but also wants to attack people he doesn’t know. Best thing is to avoid this type of person and business.

Received an unsolicited email from the owner, then another one demanding I reply to his first. I read his email and understood that he was a marketing agent and wanted to aid my business in boosting our profile. I replied with a request for information but made it clear that we do not think his team can do anything for us. He replied to set up an online meeting and I told him to keep it in email format. I do not know this person and would not want to be put into a situation with a stranger from an unsolicited marketing email. He could’ve been a weirdo. However, his only desire was to get access to my google business account, Which is not marketing. It’s ad sales. Google allows certain resellers to make a commission on google ads. And google ads makes up less than 25% of most tattoo business’s ad costs. Literally getting more business nowadays from meta. The owner then scolded my request to keep this in email format, like he was trying to insult me. He’s an a**hole. That’s the real deal. And since he also violated trustpilot policy by writing his own review, Simon, he should be reprimanded for his unethical behaviour of unsolicited emails, unscrupulous demands to gain access to a client’s google business accounts, rudeness to clients, and hostility. Do not do business with this a-hole. Save yourself from the regret.

Hi Katherine

As I have also written to you, I am very sorry you have understood it that way. Firstly, I offered you a 100% free review of your current situation (which I rarely offer). In order for me to give you a review of your current situation, I need to have view access to your Business Manager (which is not Google, but Meta). Since you don't want to share access, which is totally fair as I also wrote, I suggested we could jump into a meeting where you could share your screen so I could provide live optimization options, again 100% free of charge.

All the best in the future!
