They let you go through with the booking, send you the confirmation and then an hour later send you a cancellation notice with "we tried to reach you." Literally sitting with my phone the whole time. I called, BS about oh those prices are not available and seats were limited and limited time..blah blah. Then I was given the kicker of double the fare to fly. SCAM. Old bait and switch.

Very bad experience – not recommended

I booked a flight through Reservation Club from Washington, DC to Seattle for about $200. After booking, they kept calling me saying the fare was not available and kept increasing the price to $400, then $500–$530.

They asked me to pay and promised to confirm the booking. On February 5, 2026, they sent me a ticket confirmation, but the next morning (February 6, 2026) they cancelled the ticket without my consent.

They claimed the airline cancelled it, but when I contacted the airline directly, I was clearly told that Reservation Club made the cancellation, not the airline.

Customer service was extremely unprofessional. Agents hung up on me, and the supervisor (Paul) was unable to answer questions and kept repeating: “There is no fare, there is no flight, there is no seat.”

Because of their cancellation, ticket prices jumped from around $600 to $900, causing me financial loss and stress.

I strongly do not recommend dealing with this company.

SCAM - SCAM - If I could give a 0 STAR I would. 100% SCAM ALERT! The flight I booked for $200 was suddenly an additional $340 plus it was a stand by...LOL! Stand by doesn't exist period! - SCAM SCAM SCAM

Alina helped me twice with my last minutes booking she had so much patience and they’re leggit.

We have booked two trips through your site, both at the same time. We had major problems with both. One cost us an additional 300 dollars, and the second left my son stuck in OK overnight because of a problem in your systems. We also did not get the tickets when we were supposed to. It was a terrible experience that left us willing to pay more to go elsewhere.

Would give 0 stars if i could. This website is a scam. You book but then they call you back and tell you they have to confirm your reservation. But then, they also told me they couldn't honor the price is booked for and wanted to charge me almost double to book another flight. They say they don't have updated tech to update prices.

First time using a travel agency for flights and it was worth it.
The fares were discounted, and the overall experience was hassle-free. Everything was explained clearly and tickets were confirmed without issues.

The experience was okay . My flight got cancelled twice i had to change my entire trip just for my flight to get cancelled day of . They found me a new flight but i was in the airport from 6am - 3pm in the after noon then coming back they over booked for the flight and change my flight an hr before i was boarding but in the end i got home okay but i dont know if ill book again

Fabrizzio Jeanty I have booked a ticket with them since 3 January and they keep on saying to me well you will get your confirmation ticket and within 24 hours no one never reached out to me to say anything to me and now before my flight, I went and called them several times and finally get down to tell them that hey I can’t take it anymore. I’m hungry. I am with the four year-old and a 13-year-old then I need to get going and so they said well, sir you will get your confirmation number soon and as of 7 January or 8 January they told me that, sir we cannot confirm the ticket while I already paid them $999 and so I kept on calling them. They never answer their phone and the only option that they said to me, it’s a refund and I said to them yes I agree to the refund, but I need my money now ASAP because I need to reboot because I need to get back to the United States of America with my kids and not only that I was supposed to reporting to work since the sixth of this month and now today is the seventh and I don’t even know what I am gonna do with myself because my job is already threatening on firing me even I sent them proof which is the company. I send them proof that I need to get a home as soon as possible, sir, we will confirm your ticket. Nothing to worry about which I have all these information here please report these company. I think they’re scammers.

Allen was phenomenal. We had a few hiccups with getting there and back! He assured me everything would work out(and it did)! I got to my destination and back at a very reasonable cost!

Kevin Smith provided outstanding service in assisting me with a same day travel reservation. He called back to make certain confirmation number was received. In addition, the cost was significantly less than any other travel website. I will use this platform again.

I booked a ticket and but then to upsale me $300 more on flight ticket stating the original ticket is not available anymore

Website publishes teaser rates, then magically tells you the price isn't available or the "flight is cancelled" which is BS. They then try to upsell you the same flight for more money. Don't waste your time with this travel site.

My kids got to airport and was told no tickets even though they had the email with confirmation number. Airlines said credit card declined, nope the money had already been deducted from account. Called company they told me someone cancelled the tickets. I ended up paying more and they ended up up not getting to fly out, they had to get a next day flight. Will not use this this company ever again.

Very disappointing experience.
This website is not reliable at all and makes your trip stressful even before you get on the plane.
They show fake low prices online, then contact you by WhatsApp or phone claiming that “the fare has gone up” and ask you to pay a higher price directly.

My reservation was never confirmed, and the communication felt misleading and unprofessional.
I decided to cancel immediately and informed my bank to block any potential charge.

Avoid this site and book directly with the airline or a reputable platform.
