I was super skeptical about this site at first but it all worked out! Alina was helpful with the flights. I feel like i got a much better deal than going through the airline directly. I would recommend using their services.

What went wrong? You advertised one price online, then when I called you denied my locked in cost and would not book it for the price advertised.

How can you improve? Stop lying to people and using false advertisement.

You have scamlike tendencies and perhaps a few ppl may actually get a decent experience and airfare, consistency and honesty would greatly help your company be a reputable entity in the travel market...outside of that all you do is aggravate possible clients at a time when civility and concern are much needed.

I used a rarely used email for this and the idea that reservations club calls you to make the price higher and another company Farequeats bills it but it doesn't show at the bank for several days seemed fishy. I called and was given many excuses. Yesterday, a few days after the charge presented my Hotmail account was locked for suspicious activity and once I got that fixed a smap email was sent to 34 terrible sounding sites with my email name sent to all of them. I suspect many future problems from this interaction......

TOTALSCAM COMPANY...they never sent a booking nu.mber and always try to get you to buy a higher ticket..but can never resolve the priblem.Just more chargez.Save your money.

Scam!!!! On April 26 I purchased a one-way flight leaving on April 29 from Santo Domingo to JFK for $315. I never received the tickets. I called customer service and was told by Bruce (the only person thats ever answers the phone) the tickets should arrive in my e-mail within 24hrs, that never happened. I called back on the 27th and was told before the end of business day, another lie. I called back on the 28th was told they should arrive within 3 hours, I allowed 4 hours to pass still no ticket. I'm furious at this point. I call back only to be told "I was just about to call you (another lie), the flight you requested is no longer available" I was done with them. However they did issue a refund but the experience was horrible. NO NOT BUY A FLIGHT!!! They are a scam.

Honestly over two weeks I was in contact with Bruce Wilson to book my flight tickets and he is really very professional and friendly for this business. Thank you Bruce!

I am generally happy with the service but there was a slight delay in giving me the booking passes during my second request for flight booking.

There was no attention paid to my request for changing return date to the following day. I had to do with the original dates although I had given the request way earlier, in good time.

Alina got the job done. Was very precessional & the prices was very affordable. Thank you.

My flight is today at 5am and I still havent received my boarding pass. I spoke to Joseph ,every time he told me to wait another 1 hour I will receive it. I'm really mad about that and they charged my card 4 times. Me and my sister were supposed to go to a family wedding today. Before I had a better experience, but this time it was really bad, its not fair that he kept lying saying to wait and never gave confirmation

Working with this company was the worst experience I have ever had. Customer service was terrible. I booked a flight with reservationclub more than two weeks before my trip. The day before my trip I contacted the customer service number to inform them that I had not received my boarding pass. The representative said he was about to call me, to tell me that the flight I had booked had been canceled. I told the representative you were not about to call me your just saying that to make it sound good. He didn't have a reply. He went on to tell me that they could get us a flight for the same day but at a different time. The airline he told me was a different one from my first reservation and the time was a lot later. I expressed with the customer service rep that this was a major inconvenience as my day has been planned based on the first reservation that I made over two weeks ago. That I had already paid for things based on my first reservation. The customer service rep said that everything would be fine and that I should receive my boarding passing for the new flight within two hours. Two hours goes by, still no boarding pass, every time I called, I was told the same thing. I was so frustrated, and stressed about this that I could not sleep. The next morning, still no boarding pass. After I called and had been nasty is when I receive information about our flight. My husband and I arrived at the airport, and was told that the airline did not have any flight information for us with their airline. I was devastated; this was my anniversary trip. I could not believe this was happening to me. I tried calling the customer services number for reservationclub and kept receiving a message that the call cannot be completed at this time. The lady at the airline was able to get us on the flight but it cost us $2000 additional. My advice, DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!!

Would not trust this company, booked flights around $300 got a call saying they could not honor the airline at that amount and wanted me to switch to new airline (frontier) said no thank you, and was hit with a new $670 price. Whatever paid for tickets, was told I would get my boarding pass 24hrs in advance. Called at 23 hours in advance to ask where the boarding passes were. Was told they were working on it and would have thin in 3 hours. 21 hours to go and I still had nothing, called again, was transferred to THE RUDEST lady I’ve ever spoken with. She said and I quote, “we called you two days ago from what’s app” WTF does that mean?!?! After explaining to her I didn’t know what that meant she told me to go check my what’s app to which I replied why do you ask and have my phone number and email if you are not going to use it? So she said we cannot honor that price but could book me on frontier…… again no….. lol nothing against frontier but I was traveling with friends so I wanted to be on a specific flight. Then I got yelled at by her for not accepting it and told they would be canceling my purchase… 20 hours before my flight……. Why would I accept frontier flights for $670 when they were offered to me at the $300 price a week ago?!?! Something’s up with these people I would not trust them…….

Max was in extremely short period (two days) found for me the cheapest round trip air tickets from Fort Lauderdale (FLL) 24Feb, 09:59 AM to Las Vegas, and in same day Las Vegas (LAS) 24Feb, 30:05 PM to San Jose, and after two days San Jose (SJC) 27Feb, 08:45 to
Dallas, and in same day Dallas (DFW) 27Feb, 02:13 to Fort Lauderdale. Max did a filigree work: all flights were on time and I waited short time between flights. Max is so friendly, patient and incredibly responsible for customers person! l like him very much! I plan soon in April, or May to fly to Europe, so, I’ll definitely buy tickets from Max! Max is a very knowledgeable and professional worker. Thanks a lot for his job!

Horrible experience ever had booked a flight 2 weeks in advanced to go from dallas to miami went through tsa checked on at gate to be only told that my tickets were coming up as fraudulent.... had family waiting for me in miami and was super embarrassed... becareful and make sure your tickets are legit as you check in the airport... did get my refund back after having to be ugly to the person on the phone who booked our flights..

I think the 84% that give them 5 stars are paid to write that or the people who's behind the phone made it up they don't deserve 1 star so I booked a flight to laa vegas the day before I was scheduled to fly out it was told It was a 10hr and 40min layover which would have made me last for my appointment if I had known it was a 10hr and 40min layover I would have never booked so I ended up renting a car and driving the 5hr to las vegas so when it was time to return home I called and told them that my boarding pass was. Not showing so the sent a email and it was red flag he said I only had to show my credit card that was used for the flight I did but the booked the flight with another credit card that I don't own i was able to show them my card and the receipt from where I paid cause soon I paid i screenshot it just so I would have so I end up having to buy a new ticket cause they wouldn't let me on the plane so I only was able to fly to los angeles I lost a lot of money dealing with this company take it from me only deal with the airlines and stay away from this scam so I asked for a refund and they keep 50 but they my whole weekend horrible SCAM SCAM SCAM I work hard for my money i one think I learned a lesson from this just stick to the airlines and stay away from reservationclubs stay away please cause if not you will be scam

NOT REAL AT ALL- booked 3 separate flights with them and NEVER received any tickets, any one who answers the phone is incompetent and cannot help you. They also will not issue a refund. This is a JOKE

This company is a scam company. I book a one way fly ticket for $168, soon after, I received an email says that I need to call immediately. When I call, they told me that My fly is not confirmed. When I ask for the reason, they say that they can offer me another fly for $295 and that is the option I have or it get canceled. When I ask to talk to a manager or supervisor, they say that there is no supervisor.

This company is a scam, they advertised a ticket for $968 and in few minutes called me to say the actual price is $1800 and i immediately called my State Attorney General and reported them for Fraud.
