Booked roundtrip ticket on their website for $83 and received order confirmation. Was called by customer service later that day to say that promotion was no longer valid and my new ticket price was $220. I pulled up the website while on the call and saw the same $83 ticket offered. Agent said the site updates had not yet gone through and offered me a $200 ticket (discounted as a "courtesy"). Bait and switch -- buyer beware!

Booked the ticket and was told its confirmed but will take 48 hours to get eticket. After 48 hours, they called me back saying there is no ticket available while retuning so asked me to change the dates. I said no and asked them to cancel the whole damn reservation thing. When I tried to look up the prices, it increased and I had no other choice then to cancel the trip. What a mess with these guys, its hit or miss so I will say "Run" from these guys. They show one price online and when you call they give another price and will say it's confirmed and takes 48 hours to get eticket only to turnaround after 48 hours and tell you to change the dates. Nothing short of a scam or hit or miss type of situation.
I went with JACK and then spoke with couple others over this 48 hours period. so many other fake names they use. RUN AND DONT BOOK THROUGH THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO RUIN YOUR VACATION PLAN.

Jack helped me find more affordable flight tickets. He went above and beyond to find the best solution, even when I initially thought it was too expensive. I called them 3 times. Spoke with a Rodrick Parker. He lied to me. He promised me up and down that he was going to call me back, he told me when I called back that he put in a request to his supervisor and again assured me that he would not leave his shift until he called me back. I called back asking for the people mentioned in these reviews and they were all supposedly 'not available', he didn't even check- he just said not available right away wihout even pausing. They say that they get Tickets in bulk and therefore can sell them at a cheaper price. I was not able to complete the process because I never got a full answer to my question or a call back. I believer this company only has about 3-4 people answering phones and I think they make up names. SHADY!!!

Called Roderick a 4th time. After first telling me that he was wating for his supervisor (a LIE), he told me that the flights he had reserved for me were sold out. Then he found another flight but could not see the price. THIS time he took my name and my husbands names and dates of births and told me he will look up the price of the flight he found for me. He could not explain why he couldnt tell me the price right then and there. And then AGAIN told me that he would call me back in 30 minutes with a price.
POINTLESS and a WASTE OF MY TIME. PLUS he is a LIAR!!! BEWARE of RODERICK PARKER! If that is even his real nam.
