There was absolutely no damage done to…

There was absolutely no damage done to room 205 but a bill for 11,000 in damages for what nothing was broken the door wasn’t damaged bunch of fkn crooks I have pictures I took before I left that hotel 😡

Do NOT Use

I will NOT use again. I spoke with 2 reps about my reservation and neither was friendly or helpful. One was argumentative and went as far as to tell the owner of a hotel could not change their policies. How ridiculous! I was put on hold and no one returned to the phone. One rep accused me of not being able to upgrade because of "being cheap". As a result of being unable to resolve this, my family spent a hotel that reeked of weed and was most unsuitable for children Comfort Inn University Durham - Chapel Hill.

Your cancelation policy is horrible

Your cancelation policy is horrible. I have a sick family member and cannot make my trip and now I'm being told I need to pay $540.00 for the rooms anyway. The supervisor I spoke with is equally as bad. Telling me that she's sorry about my sick family member and then billing my account anyway. Total bullshit. I'll make sure to be spreading the word about your company.

Booking Fee is BS!!!!

The underhanded way reservations were made. Once I realized that reservations could be booked directly w/ the hotel because it's a food show and I am a vendor, I IMMEDIATELY cancelled my reservations, literally within minutes, yet I was charged a service fee for the booking process, total BS!!!! I will be disputing this w/ my CC company Itinerary Number

Cancellation policy not honored

I booked on 4/27/26. I called first thing the morning of 4/28/26 and now they supposedly will not cancel my reservation and yet I verified on the website that I could cancel by 4/29/26, Now when I go back to the site, there's no cancellation policy listed, Sounds very fishy. I am unable to keep the reservation due to I am unable to get off from work now.
