I recommend using Oil of Oregano with Black Seed Oil because it actually works! It's helped tremendously with constipation, reduced gas, bloating and puffiness, boosted my energy levels, reduced brain fog, and increased the growth of hair & nails. Resuls started as early as the first week of use for me. I've been using the it for almost 2 months.
