So I was skeptical at first
So I was skeptical at first, but I’ve noticed that naturally my cravings for sugar has gone down. So that sensation of when you smell something sweet, you want it, well I notice that I don’t have that as bad as before anymore. I stay consistent more with taking it more because that’s a real change. I need that. If I don’t crave it then I’ll make better choices. 😊

I’m 64 and I still can chase and play with kids like I did years ago. Resilia went straight to work fulfilling all its promises without making me feel worse before I felt better.
