What a great company. Just moved house with no handover for the alarm then managed to break the system. Original alarm company didn’t call back after voice/email messages. Spoke to Caroline at Resistance who booked a guy in for a couple of weeks time. Well worth the wait. Paul turned up to a large broken system that I had tried to fix myself.🙄
He repaired the broken bits, reprogrammed the whole system and replaced over 30 batteries. Then spent extra time going through everything with me making sure I was happy. Never felt rushed even though it was getting late. Very knowledgeable engineer with a great attitude. Didn’t even ask for payment just said the office will email.Keep this up and you have a customer for life.
