My partner purchased a small ocean lamp…
My partner purchased a small ocean lamp a few months ago. We liked it so much, I wanted a larger one which I ordered on March 1. I had already ordered 2 large lamps, a Halloween one and a more Christmasy one on February 10. Neither have been received and no notice of their shipping. I sent an email asking about the status and was told both orders were put on their “priority list.” That was in early March. Now I can’t even get a response when I email asking about their status. These items have been paid for, so where are they>

We have already marked all your pending lamp orders (2 large lamps, Halloween style & Christmasy style, and your new large ocean lamp) on our highest priority production list after receiving your earlier inquiry.
