The initial meeting felt like a time share apartment sales pitch.
The initial meeting felt like a pressure sales technique. The financial options were discussed above everything else first. They do not point out cheaper options, rent to try options and cannot give you a 1 year TCO figure for each plan.
Once I worked out the options, staff were very helpful in choosing the best mask for me and adjusting settings.
In the end I had to stop the trial as I was experiencing severe back pain which is a known side effect, but staff were surprised and seemed unaware of this side effect.

The sales person I had could not answer any of my questions that deviated from her script. I was lucky I had my daughter with me who has a machine herself who could decipher the script.
Still not sure I got the best plan.
No idea what her name was.

Fantastic customer service
I recently started a subscription with ResMed to receive a new mask and tank annually, the mask I received was the wrong size, the customer service was fantastic, they were quick to respond and very accommodating when needing to return and swap for correct size.
