A couple of years ago I bought a pair of the cycling/commuter jeans and had no issue with placing or receiving the order at the time. After a few years of regular use the jeans are still going stro... See more

There is a common theme with Resolute Bay, the owner, Chris Taylor, is happy to take your money then ignore your emails, or when he does finally reply, makes promises he does not keep. I'm still waiti... See more
THE WORST COMPANY (if you can call it that) Sent the wrong size, in the wrong colour and the quality is dreadful. Wanted a refund and zero response back. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
AVOID! Found some excellent looking jeans at a reasonable price. Placed an order and heard nothing more. Reviews online of the company suggested that I’d been the victim of a scam. Tried using th... See more

Total Scam!
Total Scam!
As with everyone else that bought from Resolute bay my jeans were marked up as 32 waist and were 36 when measured. I sent them back and have heard nothing since. They are obviously sending the same faulty jeans to everyone!
DO NOT BUY you will loose your money
Be warned. You will lose your money.
Avoid avoid avoid. Total scam, months to get anything, jeans arrive in shocking state, unwearable six sizes too big. More like a ponzi scheme selling old and badly fitting stock off as new. No refund, no communication. People on the kicksartr campaign will lose their money. Very sad. Now emails are being returned by their site.
Advice getting money back
try opening a payment dispute via your bank. i did about a month ago and managed to get my money back. Weirdly i received a pair even though I got a refund? They are massive, a 36 i reckon. I orderd a 32 and they're marked 32. How can you get a measurement so wrong? the sad thing is I ordered a pair before this order and they are good. Worst customer service ever received. For me this person should just stop trading but I dont think it registers with him how woefully inept his business is
Interesting development that explains…
Interesting development that explains why you will lose money dealing with this dodgy operation. He has started a Kickstarter campaign so that you can pay him in advance for his jeans without any commitment to receive any. Obviously, he has bitten off more than he can chew running this business - not enough capital for adequate stock, poor cash flow and shocking non-existent customer service. His website really needs the same kind of warning as investment companies - you could lose all your money. I lost mine as have many others. Buy from a honest reputable dealer.
3 MONTHS TO ARRIVE
My jeans took 3 months to arrive, during which time the company ignored 4 out of 5 emails asking for confirmation regarding arrival time. Had to request they be dispatched to a different address cause I moved house between order and dispatch(!) This request was completely ignored. Total shitshow, awful company.
Wouldn't bother...
Ordered 32 32 jeans. However a 30 inch waist was sent out. These failed to stay up! I measured them and seemed like they were a 36 inch waist. Customer service in returning was non existent. No one replies to your email. Ended up getting refund from PayPal.
I noticed on their site some one mentioned a similar experience, and they deleted the feedback from their site.
Cut off the jeans is not as specified. Slim cut is actually skinny fit. However with the material they look more like Jean leggings on a 40 something bloke... Not a great look!
