Resolver failes 0 out off 100

I had an issuer with a supplier.
Sent Resolver details they sent emails to supplier.

But resolver email were replied to saying wrong email address.
Resolver never followed up

It appears Resolver send auto emails by computer and no one checks what happens!

Did Resolver solve my issue NO NO NO.

My confidence in them is reduced to 0%
