Excellent Customer Service
I accidentally ordered a product thinking I was ordering the entire CPAP mask when in fact it was just the pillow cushions. Therefore, I called the customer service and spoke with Sandy. She was very knowledgeable, courteous and very compassionate with all my cares and concerns. She managed to go above and beyond due to my current situation and I can't thank her enough for all her help. More people should follow her lead in all customer service procedures. Thank you Sandy!
