Easy to use/apply and they stay put with just the right amount of stickiness. Love ‘em!

The product performs as advertised and the company is wonderful to deal with, helpful and timely in relation to delivery and response to queries. My snoring has stopped and my sleep, generally improved.

Product did not live up to expectations. The product is not suitable for all skin types and caused rashing within 10 minutes. Hard to remove in a hurry like coughing etc. Dont recommend this product. Also when purchasing it is misleading you thinking you are ordering a once of to discover it is an ongoing subscription.

The nose strips seen to working decently, but the mouth tape does not work for men with any facial hair. The size of the mouth tape is way too small to effectively stay in place throughout the night. I've requested to return the mouth tape multiple times but customer service takes forever to respond. And when they did respond, they send me the same instructions I already have. They have avoided addressing my request to return this part of my order, and I feel they are delaying until the 30 day return policy has expired. It seems there are better options to buy. I've had good success with PAPMD.

Be careful here. The strips are ok but they're one of these companies that keep on sending you products and charging you for them even if you don't want them.
I made an order last August so was shocked when another order came in April 2026.
If they're a legit company why are they so keen to force a product on you with repeat orders even though you've made it very clear you don't want the product??

Trialled a few different products and this is the best by far, easy to apply and then remove, stays on during the night, could not be without it now

Don’t buy the sleep strips! They fool you into subscribing and then they charge you not once but twice! Waste of my money! They definitely don’t work!

I’ve only been using Respire mouth strips for two weeks, but the results have been amazing. My boyfriend and I are both wearing them, and his snoring has decreased tremendously. I can finally stay in the same bed with him all night without being disturbed, and my sleep has improved a lot too. Such a simple solution that’s made a huge difference for us!

These strips are great. they stick properly around the mouth and leave no trace when you pull them off. I’ve tried various brands in the past and these are the best by a mile. Anyone reading this before they buy, then don’t hesitate make the purchase and get a good nights sleep without disturbing your partner !

Fantastic clean product, the non toxic aspect is what drew me in the most. Super effective, it changed my sleep. The only challenge I have is sometimes the tape sticks too strongly to my lips and it hurts to remove.

Been using mouth tape for years, from microporous tape to other brands of mouth tape and nothing combines the ability to stay put all night AND be breathable for my skin. Simply the best I've used and don't want to go back to the others.

The sleep strips are easy to apply and sticks gently; the container they come in keeps the strips neatly and is light enough to travel with. As well, I find the sleep strips mean I sleep better. No waking myself up with snoring and snuffling when I'm using them. I have also recommended to friends who now embrace the sleep strips for their bedtime routine.

Scam Subscription model that happens to send out some mouth tape..Be warned..

I find the respire mouth tape very comfortable to wear all night. No irritation. I sleep much better since mouth taping and it’s good to know there’s nothing nasty in this tape.

No issues receiving the product but it is very expensive for what it is. I had a subscription service and they will not refund on any subsequent orders. The product seems to be decent quality but it doesn't work for me at all.

The tape adheres well and it does not make my skin red or irritated when removed. Stays in place well.

Be careful - another one of those companies whose business model is to set you up with a subscription in the hope you'll forget to cancel. There are no reminders before they send you more strips - they just tell you they have been shipped.
The strips are okay but hugely overpriced for what they are - micropore tape would be very much cheaper.
