I can’t recommend this tape enough! I have been mouth taping for a year with just ordinary adhesive tape. Last November I started seeing ads for Respire. What caught my eye was the idea of the safety of their mouth tape adhesive. I care about my health and even something this simple matters to me. I placed an order and couldn’t be happier. It’s easy to apply and remove (unlike plain tape). It comes in a nice little tin that makes the tape easy to store and also use for travel. My husband has had issues with congestion and nighttime breathing his entire life and after hearing me go on and on about how great Respire is, he ordered some as well. He’s been using it for 10 days with NO issues whatsoever. We are really happy with this company and will be lifetime customers!

This is not a review of the mouth tape product. Why? Because I still haven't received the product. I live in Ontario, Canada. The delivery company has not attempted a second delivery, and I wrote to Respire's customer support - no solution. Companies that promote and market products on platforms like Instagram and Facebook need to have their logistics and fulfillment processes completed and well-organized. It's obvious this company does not. I would not recommend ordering from this company because it takes too long to receive the product, and it's nothing but headaches and aggravation.

Respire delayed shipping to delay receipt from order date. Then after trying the tapes, they only gave 'how to make it fit better' advice versus processing refund. JUNK for customer service. Delays and deception abound. Only order if you are going to keep it.

Product is good and breathable. Glue does not hold on short facial hair (3 day growth). Safe for beard, but won't hold if you need that to help hold. Not enough surface area.

I’ve tried every type of mouth tape out there. I’m a mouth breather at night and wake up with horrid dry mouth, sore throat and mild dehydration, not to mention the snoring!!
Respire are gentle on my skin, and can even be modified with a small piece of tissue when I have a cold sore, so I can use them throughout the year.
I thought covering my whole mouth would be scary, and certainly uncomfortable, but after only three nights i was going through the night and waking with it still on. Frankly, the improvement to my sleep, snoring and dry mouth has been remarkable.
I did not expect the strips to work so well. I have been more than pleasantly surprised and no do not travel without them as I wear them every night and feel rubbish in the morning if I do not!
I have a nose piercing and have not been able to get on with the nose strips which is disappointing as I had high expectations of them helping too.
Overall I highly recommend the mouth strips- indeed I have to friends and they are concerted!!

Untrustworthy. Dodgy business practices, somehow you think you’re making a one off purchase and all of a sudden a few months down the track you have money taken out of your credit card for a ‘subscription’. The only way you can stop the ‘subscription’ is by removing your payment method. They make this hard to find on the website too. Very difficult to get info and difficult to navigate.

What I know I ordered and what I got were two different things. But they tell me they can understand how it could be confusing but refuse to correct my order. Sorry not happy and won't be ordering again.

Have loved using the respite mouth tape. Has made a big difference to my sleep. The only thing was I ordered and was subscribed which I didn’t realise, but this was easily rectified and they cancelled my subscription. The nose tape I ordered but like others have said they don’t stick well!!

I found the ordering and delivery was transparent and simple. The product is easy to use and not irritating to the skin. My breathing through the nose has improved as has my sleep.
My mouth isnt dry in the morning and I dont snore.

The mouth strips are the first thing to work for me and I have tried everything!
They are comfortable and stay on yet not bad to pull off. You can tell a-lot of thought was put into this product. Love the little box they come in, very convenient.

Of various mouth tape products I’ve tried this is most comfortable. I do seem to get a bit of sticky residue. Would recommend trying.
My only issue has been that I ended up with two subscriptions by accident and the cancelling process could be easier.

Months now. Started with some basic Amazon ones and putting them on was messy then pulling them off was painful chore

So I took a chance and tried these.
Loads easier to apply and take off isn’t dreaded anymore. Stocked myself up with a few months supply they’re that good

I began using respire mouth strips 5 weeks ago & I have to say my quality of sleep has been the best thing I have noticed - do not wake up as tired & generally feel more rested. My dry mouth during the night is no longer as well.

Originally purchased as I was starting to snore and looking for solutions. My wife sleeps much better as do i. It feels counter intuitive to tape your mouth shut but I have been having much better sleep. I wake up less foggy and groggy. I stopped while having a cold but started again and feel better for it, I would recommend caution when removing the tape as I have made my lip bleed by being a bit too vigorous. Good lip balm after always sorts it out too.

Using these strips has made a huge difference as I’m sleeping much better and feeling more rested when I wake up. I was waking up several times each night and feeling very tired previously…

Product itself is great used the strips every night for a good few months to nose breathe train. However I signed up to a 6month subscription, no reminder email sent of upcoming recharge. After emailing to explain and organise a cancel and refund. Customer service said they’d be able to help them continued to say no refund or return could be made - definitely not helping.

Looking at other reviews here, people have the same issue. It seems that taking money from people is a priority over actually helping customers and providing a solution.

Quick delivery, sleep greatly improved. Stays in all night. Love your product

Really good product. The adhesive is uncomfortable to take off so you just have to be gentle.

I have tried so many different things to stop snoring with little success. Then I found Respire mouth patches. I was skeptical at first but have since ordered more.

I am amazed at how much my sleep has improved since using the Respire mouth strips. I feel the benefit of a good nights sleep, easy to remove and no skin irritation. They have been life changing for me.
