We met a lovely guy Richard, who is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We were kept updated on all developments. The work was first class, clean and tidy. Very prompt response and friendly. Would recommend him and the company. Does what it says on the tin.

Excellent company. Quick tidy and you know where you stand price wise. They quote a price and that’s it no hidden extras.

I would highly recommend Richard and his colleague. They replaced a shower cubicle for me. They were punctual, polite and very hardworking. They did an excellent job replacing the old shower cubicle with a new one. They worked in a very clean and tidy fashion and taking away the old shower cubicle and packaging. I would use them again.

After receiving a ridiculous quote from PlumbingForce, including 8 hours labour, I contacted Richard.
He obtained the replacement shower cartridge within a few days. He completed the job in under an hour and for a quarter of the price.
Highly efficient, helpful and recommended.

My first experience with Response plumbing. Dishwasher needed disconnecting as not working and awaiting a new one. Richard arrived promptly and carried out the work effectively. Also looked at a tap problem and returned with a new tap 2 days later as agreed. Tap fitted in good time. Definitely a great plumber!

I asked Richard to come and sort out some leaks I had. Last year he’d been able to fix my taps so I was confident he could do it again. My taps were over 10 years old so probably due for replacement.
When he arrived I decided to change 2 sets of taps. I like that there’s no hard sell or push to change. Richard would have done his best to fix my leaks again. Luckily he had some taps that I liked.
Despite me changing the scope of work Richard was able to sort me out and I’m pleased with my new taps.
Being a previous customer of Richard’s I know him to be knowledgeable, professional, courteous and efficient.
When you find a good person you trust them and Richard is the only plumber I would use.

I would not use anybody else for plumbing problems. Richard is reliable and prompt in dealing with the problem. If you want a good job done and someone who actually cares I would recommend Richard and his team to everyone without hesitation.

We have used Richard from Response Plumbing for a number of years and have always had a very professional service.
His advice is always good he has a friendly manner and the prices charged are fair and reasonable.
On one occasion he saved us from having to replace an entire bathroom suite by suggesting and facilitating a none plumbing repair to a ceramic cistern.

I've never used Response Plumbing before but certainly will when I have any other issues. Response time excellent and communication brilliant. Richard fixed problems with 3 toilets to my satisfaction and I will certainly recommend them to friends and family.
