After contacting Royal London regarding equity release they introduced us to David La-Haye from Responsible Life. Before meeting David for the first time Responsible Life sent us an information pack setting out the process including a photograph of David so that we knew who we were meeting and what information we needed to provide. David was very professional and walked us through the process answering all our questions. He was there from the start of the process until it concluded, explaining all or options and how they would effect us. Thank you very much David your help was very much appreciated and invaluable.

We first contacted Responsible Life about 4 years ago when we had come to the conclusion that we would need to raise some money in future years. David Long explained with a great deal of patience the process of Equity Release and also advised us, at that time, that we really did not need to raise money straight away because we had enough in savings to tide us over for a few more years.
