Christian from Responsive Lending was absolutely amazing when it came to securing me a loan and a decent car. Nothing was too much trouble and I was always kept in the loop about how my loan was progressing. One part I liked particularly was that they wouldn’t accept a car that wasn’t worth the price tag and had was mechanically good. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a good deal.

Utterly useless bunch of people I had to emelail them to find out what was going on and was told they can't help because of bank account conduct when my bank account is 100% fine with all bills paid on time. Bunch of incompetent morons

Christian provided exceptional support throughout my entire loan process. His communication was outstanding, keeping me informed every step of the way. He even went the extra mile by contacting the car dealership after the loan was finalized to confirm when the car would be ready for pickup. I highly recommend Christian for his dedication and professionalism.

Wasted a whole month with this company. Was told it was pretty much approved . I have good credit and even just paid off a previous car loan early .Lodged all the paperwork including bank statements. Was the slowest process ever only to find out the lender does not approve .And they even advertise bad credit car loans yet i have good credit yet they couldn't do it .

No communication this was the pits never again and I wouldn't recommend you to anyone else the whole thing was a total shambles

Christian is the only one who has managed to get me across the line. After applying for random stuff during my stupid times and then having a minor default, made it very difficult. But Christian made it possible for me to get a new car and now my family can feel better knowing we have a much better safer car to drive in.

Wade was just fantastic worked very hard to find a lender for me and did so. His communication with me was second to none, i would recommend this company to anybody and ask for Wade he will bend over backwards to help you. Thanks Wade you were brilliant and can't thank you enough take care.

Monica did a fantastic job. In one day, she organised a settlement for my new car, even though I bought it privately. She had everything sorted. Amazing how fast the settlement was. Thank you 😊

Wade and Greg through it all helped me get a loan and vehicle within days, and , I couldn't be more happier. I knew what I was in for and how this is, Wade made sure I had all the info I needed and Greg made sure about the finances being transfered so that, all that was left was, to pick up the car. I really appreciate everything they have done for me....and you will too.

Fantastic company to go through, I’m a single mum on a pension so I didn’t think I had a high chance of getting approved but I did. Brock is fantastic to work with, very patient and understanding. Responsive Lending is a great company and I will sure tell all my friends and family about it. I’ve had an amazing experience with Responsive Lending and working with Brock, he is a top bloke.
