Respontika looks like a great site

Respontika looks like a great site, but my phone was not compatible. I didn't find out until I had already signed up for a subscription. I contacted customer support that night and by the next morning, Claire told me my subscription was cancelled. I was amazed it happened that fast and easy.

Issue resolved professionally and promptly

I had an issue with unintended recurring charges after signing up for a promotional €1 offer. Once I reached out to customer support, they were responsive, polite, and refunded the full amount without difficulty.
