Bad service

Was very happy with the product, a small issue but it was rectified fairly quickly

Wrong kit sent (GOT meat edition) got the Veggie one instead, emailed customer services 3 times over the past 3 days and no response. The meal that we got only has one main with it regardless as to if we wanted it or not. Veggie starter printed on menu says Beef and Mushroom.

The food was really tasty and the instructions were very simple to follow.

Delivery was on time

However, the packing of the items could have been better - the sauce was on its side and had leaked over the other items. As they were all well covered they weren't ruined but obviously everything had to be cleaned and there was less sauce than expected

Nice food, great options from the website, good delivery. The Modern Moroccan meal kit we had was nice, but would probably be nicer to have in the summer as the majority of it didn't require heating up. Some very tasty flavours, some spicy and some more mellow, but interesting overall.

We had our kit from Anglo Thai. In short the food was sensational. Really easy to cook, we grilled out kebabs and cooked the chicken thighs in the oven. The end result with the curry broth with crispy noodles… - just order it if you’re thinking of it!
In terms of tracking and delivery, we were kept pretty well informed by DPD. Would definitely do this again!

I got one of the Flesh & Buns kit and it was amazing! Super easy and absolutely delicious!!

This experience was a very novel birthday gift from my grandson. Crispy duck in buns with the trimmings is not something I would normally consider preparing for myself but I had fun doing it, and it tasted very good indeed. It arrived beautifully packaged in cool pack and insulation. As it was such a successful present I think it's a pretty good guess that I may be getting a Restaurant Kit for Christmas this year! I wonder what he will choose for me this time?

The food arrived well-packaged, and the instructions were clear, but I didn't really like the taste of the final result.

I ordered the Venimoo Burger Kit which was delicious and would order again, easy to make up. I wouldn't say this is a downside but we would have loved some sides with the burger but we made our own instead.
I contacted Restaurant Kits about the delivery and I received a prompt reply explaining how the deliver works. Excellent customer service and delicious food.

I have to say this was one of the best meal kits I have had in the last couple of years, and I've had a lot!
Delivery was delayed by a day due to supply issues but was clearly communicated.
The food was sublime and easy to cook/assemble/plate.
