Considering the weight I thought it arrived fairly quick. About one week. Thought the $100 purchase was worth the free shipping. Wish this product (Lefty O'Doul's) bloody mary mix was sold in our area. I did not open the boxes yet as they are a Christmas present but I assume I received what I ordered. Happy Holidays

Wont be ordering again.
Ordered a replacement part based on a picture. Got a different part, made of different material. Sent an email with a question, and never got a response. Zero customer service. Terrible experience with one exception : fast shipping. But I'm not happy, especially since I could have gotten the same part they sent me for $4 elsewhere, with free shipping. Their lack of response really sealed the deal for me. Do yourself a favor and don't order from these people.

We are very sorry for this bad experience. We get the product images from manufacturers, as well as all the info. We submitted your question to the manufacturer and still have not received response. We will go ahead and refund the full amount of the order. You can keep the product.
Our company works very hard to please our customers but sometimes there are things out of our control, like this one and also when the shipping carrier damages the shipments. Our apologies again.

Great service
I had been looking for Sacramento Tomato Juice for several years since could not buy in any grocery store. By chance I ran across the Restaurant Supply Group while surfing the net.
Had found on Amazon but not at a fair price.
Purchase from RSG at a reasonable price so ordered 2 cases (16X48 oz
Bottles). Giving away to friends and associates that have heard me talk about the quality and goodness of the product.
My only suggestion would be to RSG and that is need to do a better job of packaging this product before shipping. The case that the 2 cases of product came in was not that sturdy.
