Excellent source of relallvent information

I joined Rest Less a few years back now as I had been ill all through lockdown and it's rather lonely if you can't get out, but Rest Less fulfilled that gap. I hadn't realised how many highly qualified speakers they had on such a wide variety of subjects! They cover all bases, from cooking, pilates, tai chi, yoga, macrame, crochet, bone health for osteoporosis, classical music, pop music, travelling the world with Lilian Cespedes Gonzales, Sue Ablett and the amazing Kelsey Betzelberger!! I could go on and write a book at this point.

I also love these tours to places I will never visit and learn all about their history. Am a history lover and this year we've been taken from the ice age to the internet age, in a whole year that's a lot of talks, (we've not even finished yet, we're only just nudging towards the Georgians), given by The History Chap himself, the wonderful Chris Green! And not forgetting the amazing wonderful Jem Duducu, he the writer of multiple things historical and makes us laugh at his brilliant madder historical stories, all true you know, just when you think you know history!

Bad english there, they don't teach you english, that's one thing they miss, but we have had lessons in french, german, italian, spanish, latin and even chinese in the last year!

If you are sitting at home, unable to travel and are looking for something to get your mind working and your mouth smiling and joining in with dozens of other Rest Less-ees then join us and have a great time and you won't feel alone, they do put you at ease and listen to all requests and seek out new ones for us too! A wide variety of interesting articles sent through on a regular basis. These are well written and often provide useful advice on a range of subjects, to help with different aspects of life as we get older.

The sections I have enjoyed most are related to keeping fit, diet & recipes.

Supposed local jobs the first three were 400 miles away the nearest was 45 miles away,what a total waste of time,totally useless
