Was hired as a contractor by this company as a fulfillment assistant. I completed 100% of my assignments without fail during the 30 day probationary period then on pay day they shut down their site and I still haven’t been paid for 30 days since the end of my probationary period. Suspicious that this company is a fraudulent business doing unscrupulous and possibly illegal activities.

This company seemed very promising to me to work for as a fulfillment associate. They hired me on for a probationary period of 30 days.
All seemed well. I was doing what I was supposed to do. Delivering their packages as I was required to. Some of these items are quite expensive. They trusted me and I trusted them. However when it got close to the end of my probationary period, they told me that a package that I delivered had no item inside when the client received it. The company didn't tell me about this issue until I asked why am I getting no more packages to deliver and that is the way I found out the item I prepared, keep in mind I took photos of it when I picked it up and sent it out again and checked the package three times before I delivered it at the FedEx office .
The company has completely ignored all my previous ways of communicating with them .
They also owe me money for that month as I'm a salary guy .
What should I do here ? They shouldn't just get away with this . I want to legally go after them,any attorneys here or should I go to the better business bureau?
I would if I could, just give this company a big fat zero as a rating if
I could .
I wouldn't do any business with this Company if I'm a consumer, if they did this to one of their employees, why would you ?

Welp, I held out hope this was not a scam but... I worked for a month with no problem, very responsive assistance from managers via chat and email and positive reviews on the Internet. Received congratulatory email at the end of probationary period and confirmation that check had been mailed, per contract. Then everything went down-email, website, phones-completely gone! No pay, no explanation 😭

Along with everyone else, blocked and never got my first months pay. This is insane work and messing with people’s lively hood is crazy. Especially a whole 1.5 month span of working and waiting.

I was hired as a Fulfillment Assistant on 10/11/24. I was told my first paycheck was mailed on 11/22/24. Not only have I never received it, but the CRM is down, the Payroll Department email is down, and I can't get a response from anyone. SCAM.

My experience in the beginning was excellent. Feedback whenever I had questions. But like some I have seen, I also have not received my first check. My calls have also been blocked. I had high hopes, but now I feel violated!!! Worst time, this could have happened around the holidays. I did not want to believe this site was a scam, but for the database to be down for almost two weeks, and all contact calls not working, that's all I can assume. :(

These idiots should be investigated and we should file a multi-claim lawsuit. I was also hired as a fulfillment assistant completed my tasks My CRM website does not work and I have not received my paycheck for my first month. These idiots need to go to jail.

I work for them and received package and mail them and I still didn't receive a check no one answering or responding THIS IS A SCAMM

I was hired as a fulfillment assistant. As I have been waiting on my check, the numbers that I have been given no longer work and the site is under construction. The emails that I have been using are not being responded to.

Restoby missed a deadline and customer service wasn't much help. While communication was courteous, they need to improve on delivering what's promised. I had higher expectations based on their reputation.

Damaged goods, poor support - very disappointing.
